Last week, Microsoft PowerToys version 0.59.0 came out with several improvements that include native support to ARM64, Power Rename running on WinUI 3, Windows App SDK runtime 1.1.0, and more. Later, the company released PowerToys v0.59.1 which includes bug fixes related to FancyZone, PowerToys Run, and OOBE windows rendering, along with the support of Windows App SDK runtime 1.1.1.

Though the company made this update optional, it includes several non-security fixes that make Windows 10 more stable.

Sleeping Tabs is a feature in Microsoft Edge, introduced in late 2020, which lets the inactive browser tabs sleep after a specified time to save system resources. This feature is based on Chrome's "freezing" technology, but way better than that. An initial report has shown a 26% reduction in memory usage of the browser.
