📢 Microsoft announced Windows 11 release date; rollout begins October 5th

According to the official announcement, Windows 11 will be released on October 5, 2021. Starting this date, the eligible Windows 10 PCs that meet the minimum hardware requirements will start receiving Windows 11 updates as a free upgrade.

The update will be rolled out in a phased and measured way with a focus on quality. We expect all eligible devices to be offered the free upgrade to Windows 11 by mid-2022, said Microsoft. If you have a Windows 10 PC that’s eligible for the upgrade, Windows Update will let you know when it’s available.

With Xbox Game Pass for PC or Ultimate you get access to over 100 high-quality PC games to play on Windows 11 for one low monthly price.
• Windows 11 comes with a new Microsoft Store rebuilt with an all-new design making it easier to search and discover your favorite apps, games, shows, and movies in one trusted location.
