Microsoft started rolling out Windows 11 Build 22622.436 (KB5015888) to the Windows Insiders in the Beta Channel. The latest build comes with some new improvements to the File Sharing experiences. Along with the Windows 11 Build 22622.436, the company also releasing Windows 11 Build 22621.436 but that will have the new features turned OFF by default.

Improved nearby sharing
With the latest Windows 11 Beta Build 22622, Microsoft improves the discovery of nearby devices at the time of sharing a local file from the desktop, File Explorer, Photos, Snipping Tool, Xbox, and other apps that use the built-in Windows share window.
It now uses UDP along with Bluetooth to discover nearby devices, which will result in the discovery of more devices.
Share local files to OneDrive
The latest Windows 11 Beta Build 22622 also improves the local file sharing to the OneDrive account. You can now directly upload the file to OneDrive and share it with others, and provide access rights at the time of sharing.
This feature will be accessible from the desktop, File Explorer, Photos, Snipping Tool, Xbox, and other apps that use the built-in Windows share window.
