Microsoft released a new cumulative build 10586.420 for Windows 10 version 1511 and a separate build 10240.16942 for Windows 10 initial version. If you are using the initial version or the 1511 version of Windows 10, you will get a update notification on your device.

Microsoft released the Windows 10 Production build 10586.420 for the users running Windows 10 version 1511 and another build 10240.16942 for the users running Windows 10 initial version as part of the Patch Tuesday. If you are using any of the said two production build, you will get the update notification. If you didn’t get the notification yet, check for Windows update now.
As part of the release notes, this update includes quality improvements and security fixes. No new operating system features are being introduced in this update. The key changes that include in this build are:
Improved reliability of Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge, Cortana, audio playback, audio playback in Groove Music app, Maps app, Miracast, and Windows Explorer.
Fixed issue with balloon tip notifications always appearing in the upper left side of the screen.

Fixed issue that caused phones to stop ringing from an incoming call, if interrupted by an SMS.
Fixed issue that caused some phones to be unable to re-add a primary Microsoft account without resetting after upgrading from Windows Phone 8.1.
Fixed additional issues with Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer 11, Bluetooth, Cortana, Wi-Fi, Windows Camera app, revised daylight saving time, USB, TPM, Graphics, Group Policy, downloading music or movies purchased through the Windows Store, Network Diagnostics and Windows Explorer.
