📢 Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3740.0 comes with new improvements

Windows Experience Feature Packs are used to deliver new feature improvements to Windows 10 customers without releasing the bi-annual major feature updates. Currently, only a limited set of features are being developed which are independent of the OS releases.

With the latest Windows Feature Experience Pack, Microsoft plans to improve a few Windows experiences outside the major Windows 10 feature updates that the company releases bi-annually. Also that, Microsoft plans to increase the frequency of new features being delivered through the Feature Experience Pack. The updates released through the Feature Experience Pack are being delivered faster to the users as those are very smaller in size.

The latest Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.2020.0 for Windows 10 comes with the following improvement. With the latest build, Microsoft removed nonfunctional hyperlinks from being displayed in the Input Method Editor (IME) candidate window.

Insiders in the Beta Channel or Release Preview Channel can go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates to receive this Windows Feature Experience Pack update. Please note that in order to receive this update, Insiders in the Beta Channel will need to have Windows 10 version 21H1 installed on their system. The insiders in the Release Preview Channel will need to have Windows 10 version 20H2 installed.

This update will NOT be offered to commercial devices in the Release Preview Channel. These devices are devices AAD-joined and/or running the Windows 10 Enterprise edition. These customers will get Windows Feature Experience Packs delivered through “C” Preview releases which then get rolled up into monthly “B” releases, the company clarifies about the release of this new update.
