The next feature update of Microsoft Windows 10 is codenamed as 19H1, is scheduled to release in April 2019. Microsoft has already begun with the development and started pushing the changes to Windows Insiders who has opted for Skip Ahead.

What's new with Microsoft Mixed Reality in Windows 10?
- Microsoft Mixed Reality now includes the ability to peer into your physical environment through Flashlight, without removing your headset. You can open a portal into your real world at any time via the Start menu, a button shortcut, or a voice command.
What's new with Microsoft Edge in Windows 10?
- Microsoft Edge introduced few new Group Policies and MDM settings for IT administrators to manage Microsoft Edge. The new policies include enabling/disabling full-screen mode, printing favorites bar and saving history.
- Microsoft Edge clients will take advantage of connection coalescing for HTTP/2 as supported in Windows Server 2019.
- Improved security on Microsoft Edge browsers by guaranteeing HTTP/2 preferred cipher suites.
What's new with Emoji Panel in Windows 10?
- Along with Windows 10 build 18204, the Emoji Panel now includes 157 new emojis that comes in unicode 11 format. Microsoft tweaked some of the existing emojis too. You can access those using the Emoji Panel (WIN + .) or the touch keyboard.

What's new with Narrator?
- Microsoft has made improvements in the Narrator reliability.
- Reading and navigating while in Scan Mode has been improved. Selecting text in Scan Mode has also been improved.
- The link in settings to relaunch the QuickStart should now work and will launch from the very first Welcome page.
- The shortcut key to provide feedback has been changed to Narrator + Alt + F in both Standard and Legacy layouts. The Legacy layout also allows you to use Narrator + E shortcut to send feedback.
- When changing Narrator's view to either characters, words, lines or paragraphs, the Read Current Item command will read the text of that specific view type more reliably.
- The shortcut key to Move to beginning of text has been changed to Narrator + B (earlier it was: Narrator + Control + B), Move to end of text has changed to Narrator + E (earlier it was Narrator + Control + E).
- Microsoft improved the usage of Braille commanding when using the Narrator key from the braille display.
Here's all other improvements in Windows 10
- The Time Accuracy and Traceability improvements allows Windows 10 to support Leap Second, Precision Time Protocol and Software Timestamping.
- Microsoft introduced a simplified assigned access configuration page in Settings that allows device administrators to easily set up their PC as a kiosk or digital sign.
- Improved performance on Windows 10 using the Cubic, the new default TCP congestion provider.
